The short version

If you're not happy within the first week of your course, we'll give you a full refund. No hoops, no forms, no "exit interview." Just email us. After the first week, we'll work out a fair prorated amount based on how many sessions have passed.

Full refund window

You've got 7 calendar days from the start of your cohort to request a full refund. The start date is the day of the first live session, not the day you paid. If you enrolled early and the cohort hasn't started yet, you can cancel any time before the first session for a complete refund. We process refunds back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days — sometimes faster, depends on your bank.

Partial refunds

After the 7-day window, we calculate refunds based on sessions remaining. If you've completed 3 out of 8 sessions, you'll get back roughly 5/8 of the course fee minus a £25 admin charge. We round in your favour. If you're on an instalment plan, we'll stop future charges and refund any overpayment.

To be clear: if you paid £380 for a 6-week course and dropped out after week 2, you'd get back around £227. We don't charge for the admin unless you're past the full-refund window.

Cohort cancellations

Sometimes we have to cancel a cohort — usually because we didn't reach the minimum of 3 students. If that happens, you get two options: transfer to the next available cohort at no extra cost, or a full refund. We'll let you know at least 5 days before the scheduled start date if a cohort isn't going ahead.

Switching cohorts

Life happens. If you need to move to a later cohort, let us know before week 3 and we'll transfer you for free (one transfer per enrolment). After week 3, transfers depend on availability and may involve a £25 admin fee. We won't charge the fee if the reason is medical or a genuine emergency — just be honest with us.

What we don't refund

If you've been removed from a course for violating our code of conduct (covered in our terms), refunds are at our discretion. This has happened exactly once in three years and we'd rather keep it that way. We also don't refund purchases made more than 90 days ago, regardless of completion status — that's a hard cutoff.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your name and the course you enrolled in. That's all we need. We'll confirm receipt within one working day and process the refund within five. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, something went wrong — try us on +44 121 220 6233.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy overrides your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you've got a right to cancel under those regulations, it applies regardless of what we've written here.
