By using veresen.com or enrolling in any course offered by Veresen Design Ltd, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please get in touch before purchasing — we're happy to talk it through. These terms are governed by English law and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
When you purchase a course, you're buying access to a specific cohort with set dates. Cohort sizes are limited to 8 students, so spots are confirmed on a first-come basis once payment clears. We'll send a confirmation email within 24 hours with your login details and schedule. If a cohort doesn't reach the minimum of 3 students, we may reschedule — you'll get the option to join the next available cohort or receive a full refund.
All prices on the site are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment through Stripe (credit/debit cards). Instalment plans are available on request for courses longer than 3 weeks — email us to arrange it. Prices can change between cohorts, but once you've paid, your price is locked in. We won't charge you more after the fact.
Course materials — videos, slides, handouts, code examples — belong to Veresen Design Ltd. You're welcome to use what you learn in your own projects (that's the point), but please don't redistribute the materials themselves. Screen-recording live sessions isn't allowed. We record sessions ourselves and share them with enrolled students only.
Work you produce during the course is yours. We might ask to feature it on our website or social media, but we'll always ask first and credit you by name.
Your login credentials are for you personally. Sharing them with others or letting someone else attend sessions under your name isn't permitted. If we notice an account being shared, we'll reach out to sort it out — we'd rather have a conversation than cancel your access without warning.
We expect everyone in our courses to treat each other decently. Critique is part of the learning process, but there's a line between honest feedback and being unpleasant. If someone's behaviour is making the group uncomfortable, we'll address it privately first. In serious cases, we reserve the right to remove a student from a cohort without a refund.
We do our best to deliver quality instruction, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes like landing a job or winning a client. Our courses are educational, not a guarantee of professional results. Our total liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active students. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
